User Responsibilities

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use GoOutside. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using the App.

• • Do not trespass on private property or enter restricted areas
• • Follow all local laws and regulations
• • Use common sense and good judgment
• • Be aware of your surroundings and potential hazards

Acceptable Use

• • Submit only authentic photos you have personally taken
• • Do not submit inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• • Respect others' privacy and property
• • Do not attempt to manipulate or cheat the verification system
• • Use the App in good faith for its intended purpose

Photo Submissions

• • You retain ownership of photos you submit
• • You grant us permission to use submitted photos for verification purposes only
• • Photos are processed by OpenAI Vision API and not stored by us
• • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to photograph subjects/locations
• • Do not submit photos containing personal information of others without consent

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• • Use the App for any illegal purpose
• • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• • Share your account with others
• • Submit false or misleading information
• • Interfere with the App's operation or other users' experience
• • Use automated tools or bots
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Disclaimers and Limitations

App Availability

We provide GoOutside "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the App will be available 24/7 or error-free.

Outdoor Activity Risks

Important: Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. You participate at your own risk. GoOutside is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using the App or participating in challenges.

AI Verification

Our AI verification system may not be 100% accurate. We reserve the right to review and adjust results as needed.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GoOutside if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App settings.
